Pick the kind of round first
For an approachable municipal round, look first at Esmeralda. For a short-game or first-round option, Pine Acres Par 3 is a practical entry point. Indian Canyon, Qualchan, Latah Creek, Liberty Lake, MeadowWood, Downriver, and Wandermere offer fuller 18-hole days with distinct terrain and pace.
Book before you drive
City of Spokane tee times are offered online up to seven days ahead. Spokane County lists online tee times up to 12 days ahead. If you are a single player, a group, or looking at a busy weekend, call the pro shop if the online sheet does not answer the question.
Plan for the course and weather
Bring layers, water, and shoes suited to the day. Check the operator for seasonal opening dates, cart restrictions, maintenance, and air-quality notices. Arrive early if you plan to use a range or practise green.
Build in practice
Indian Canyon, Downriver, Liberty Lake, MeadowWood, and Pine Acres are useful places to warm up or work on your game. The City of Spokane also offers lessons through its courses.
